LIMITED EDITION 24: BOHEMIAN PILSENER
This traditional Pilsener has its origins in the Czech Republic. We used typical Bohemian Pilsener malt and Bavarian bittering hops, as well as the classic Czech hop Saaz.
Tasting Notes
Clean, crisp, bitter. The body is relatively complex for a pale lager, with bready malt flavours balanced by a soft but present bitterness. The finish tips the balance in favour of the distinctive floral and spicy hop flavours provided by late hopping with Saaz hops. It will go well with pretty much any food on your plate but is best served cold to quench your thirst after a long walk.
