Our Limited Edition No. 33 – Fruit & Flower Sour – is a vibrant fusion of passion fruit and hibiscus. Using a special yeast that produces lactic acid as part of fermentation, this beer presents a tart kick, balanced by the zesty tang of passion fruit and a subtle hop bitterness.

The steeped hibiscus not only imparts a stunning pink/red hue but also adds layers of sweetness and red berry notes, crafting a refreshing and visually captivating drinking experience.
