LIMITED EDITION 31: LAGERITA

Lagerita is a sour beer brewed with a lager malt base, and fermented with both a sour yeast and a lager yeast. It’s flavoured with Agave syrup, lime puree, lime zest, and bitter orange zest, to evoke the flavours of a classic Margarita cocktail.

Pouring cloudy and pale yellow in appearance, it’s a sour, fruity, and refreshingly tart beer, with a strong lime presence, and a touch of bitterness from the zest.

The Lagerita was originally brewed on the Hope pilot kit as a one-off special for Bord Bia Bloom. It was so popular we decided to scale it up and release as our Limited Edition No.31!
