Limited Edition Number 18 is a kettle sour infused with a blend of pineapple and passionfruit. The base beer is tart and sour with added whole fruit puree in the fermenter to balance the sharpness in the beer with tropical fruit sweetness
Strong and acidic fruit at the start, yielding to a mildly tart finish with a lingering sour fruit presence. Well balanced between tropical juicy fruit and refreshing acidity. Little to no hop character.
Best paired with poast pork, charcuterie such as rillette and paté, fruity deserts, tangy cheeses like blue or goat cheese, mussels and other seafood with a squirt of fresh lemon.
