WINTER SEASONAL RED IPA
For our 2020 Winter Seasonal we are revisiting a style we started our series with four years ago. The red ale is typical Irish style and by adding some classic American and Australian hops we are making this an IPA with a twist.
Tasting Notes
Pine, peach, redcurrant and other berry flavours from the hops, coupled with caramel malt flavours and a hint of roasted barley. Robust hop bitterness balances the caramel malt flavours.
A great accompaniment to a wintery stew, weekend cheeseboard or chocolate.

Malts: Pale malt, crystal malt and wheat malt
Hops: Columbus, Simcoe and Enigma
Dry Hops: Cashmere, Enigma and Centennial
Yeast: English Ale Yeast
Roasted barley
