Collaboration Brew, Hope X Two Shore Rum: Barrel Aged Export Stout

A collaboration brew that honours the rich tradition of export stouts once shipped to the Caribbean. We’ve taken this beer a step further, collaborating with Two Shores Rum to age our stout in casks that once held their Irish Single malt finished rum. Expect aromas of roasted coffee and dark chocolate, layered with smooth notes of dried fruit and vanilla. The finishing touch from the rum barrels adds subtle hints of caramel, nutmeg and oak, creating a complex satisfying brew.
