Just as the Summer Session IPA is a seasonal release, so too is its wintery sister: each year at the end of the summer we will turn our thoughts to a Winter IPA, still a refreshing sessionable ale at 4.5% ABV but a darker, maltier IPA, to reflect the change of season. The combination of five different hop varieties gives a delicious piney, citrusy finish and the rye gives a lovely spicey backbone.
EBC 35 EBU 40 ABV 4.5%
Malts: Pale Ale, Munich,Rye, Crystal, Acidulated.
